Product Guarantee

Product Maintenance

Frames should not be cleaned with strong solutions of bleach and other chemicals or abrasives. A damp cloth should normally suffice for this purpose. It is not recommended that decorative hardware items with an electrophoretic finish be placed on coastal sites or in the vicinity of heavy industry. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine if the site at which the product is to be installed is one that would create such a risk. A strict cleaning regime must be maintained to preserve the surface finish. Failure to do so will result in the invalidation of the guarantee in respect of Decorative Hardware.

Terms Relating To The Guarantee

The customer must notify TSG in writing in order that they are afforded the opportunity to inspect any potential defect on site prior to removal. Failure to do so will (at the discretion of TSG) invalidate this Guarantee.
